  1. Provide personalized support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  2. Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and connecting them with necessary resources.
  3. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
  4. Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up care for patients.
  5. Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and available support services.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and progress.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
  9. Advocate for patients and their needs within the healthcare system.
  10. Keep abreast of current healthcare trends and developments to provide the most up-to-date information to patients.
  11. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling patient information.
  12. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.
  14. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude when interacting with patients and their families.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Psychology.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Ophthalmology Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Insurance Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Navigate And Advocate For Patients.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
