Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Psychology.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Ophthalmology Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Insurance Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Navigate And Advocate For Patients.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
