- Manage Procurement Processes: The Procurement Specialist II will be responsible for overseeing the procurement processes, including researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders for necessary resources and supplies.
- Ensure Compliance: It is the responsibility of the Procurement Specialist II to ensure that all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: The Procurement Specialist II will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and identifying any potential supply shortages or excesses. They will also work closely with department heads to determine appropriate inventory levels and adjust orders accordingly.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Regulations, Including Contract Negotiation And Vendor Management
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Software.
