  1. Develop and maintain relationships with program faculty, residents, and external partners to ensure the success and growth of the PM&R residency program.
  2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the residency program, including recruitment, scheduling, evaluations, and rotations.
  3. Serve as a resource for program faculty and residents, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Communicate program requirements, expectations, and updates to residents, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all residents, including evaluations, rotations, and other relevant information.
  6. Organize and facilitate educational conferences, workshops, and other learning opportunities for residents.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and institutions to enhance the residency program and promote interdisciplinary education.
  8. Monitor and track resident progress and ensure compliance with program requirements and accreditation standards.
  9. Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and coordinating funding sources.
  10. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the residency program.
  11. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes and make recommendations for program improvements.
  12. Provide administrative support to the program director and other faculty members as needed.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for residents, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  14. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new residents, including coordinating interviews and orientation activities.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the program director or department leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Residency Coordinator Role, Preferably In The Field Of Pm&R.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Effectively Manage The Residency Program.

  • Knowledge Of Acgme Requirements And Experience With Program Accreditation And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Residents, Faculty, And Other Stakeholders In The Program.
