- Collect parking fees and accurately process payments using a cash register or credit card machine.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to drivers regarding parking rates, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, including removing trash and debris and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper coverage and efficient operation of the parking lot.
- Adhere to all MUSC Health policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
- Keep accurate records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Univ-Parking Lot Attendant-Office Of Parking Management Job At Musc Health Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Important Concepts Such As Reading, Writing, And Math.
Customer Service Skills: As A Parking Lot Attendant, This Role Requires Interacting With A Diverse Group Of Individuals On A Daily Basis.
