- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and employees to the parking lot in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and control traffic flow within the parking lot, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Assist with directing drivers to available parking spaces and providing guidance on parking procedures.
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of parking lot capacity and available spaces.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain order in the parking lot.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of the parking lot, including trash removal and snow/ice removal.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on parking policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve the parking experience for all customers.
- Report any issues or concerns to superiors in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In Parking Management: Prior Experience Working As A Parking Lot Attendant Or In A Similar Role Is Preferred. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Good Understanding Of Parking Regulations And Procedures.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Parking Lot Attendant, The Candidate Will Interact With A Large Number Of Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential To Ensure A Positive Experience For All Visitors.
