- Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and employees to the parking lot in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct traffic and guide drivers to available parking spaces.
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets to visitors without proper permits.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies to management.
- Provide information and directions to visitors, patients, and employees regarding parking lot policies and procedures.
- Assist individuals with special needs and ensure their safe and efficient access to designated parking spaces.
- Monitor the parking lot for any safety hazards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
- Collaborate with other parking attendants to ensure efficient use of parking spaces and maintain traffic flow.
- Enforce parking regulations and issue warnings or citations to violators.
- Keep the parking lot clean and free of debris.
- Assist with special parking events and manage overflow parking when necessary.
- Serve as a positive representative of the Office of Parking Management and MUSC Health.
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
