1. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health needs.
2. Provide therapeutic support and assistance to patients on the Acute Care Unit, including leading group therapy sessions and individual activities.
3. Monitor and document patient progress and behaviors, and report any concerns or changes to the treatment team.
4. Assist patients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health symptoms.
5. Create a safe and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
6. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and staff.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and case conferences.
