  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to MUSC Health.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote MUSC Health as an employer of choice.
  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring decision-making process.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Represent MUSC Health at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  12. Work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  13. Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools to track and report on recruitment metrics and analyze recruitment data.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for MUSC Health, promoting our organization and culture to potential candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Best Practices In Recruitment And Selection.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
