- Design and implement network infrastructure to meet the organization's needs and support its operations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the network through regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that improve network efficiency and functionality.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential network vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams and end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in networking technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of networking equipment and services.
- Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring network requirements are met.
- Train and mentor junior network engineers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve network operations and processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Comply with all organization policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external parties for all network-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering And System Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Hardware, And Software, Including Cisco, Juniper, And Vmware.
Certifications Such As Ccna, Ccnp, And/Or Mcse Preferred.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues.
