Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology: The Candidate Must Hold A Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited Program.
Certificate Of Clinical Competence (Ccc-Slp): The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Certificate Of Clinical Competence (Ccc-Slp) From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha).
State Licensure In South Carolina: The Candidate Must Be Licensed To Practice Speech-Language Pathology In The State Of South Carolina.
Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Speech-Language Pathologist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Setting.
Knowledge Of Pediatric And Adult Speech And Language Disorders: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of A Wide Range Of Speech And Language Disorders In Both Pediatric And Adult Populations, Including But Not Limited To Articulation Disorders, Language Delays, Fluency Disorders, And Swallowing Disorders.
