Master's Degree In Social Work Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Social Work Or A Closely Related Field Is Typically Required For A Social Worker - Mental Health Position At Musc Health. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Assess And Treat Mental Health Issues.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw): Candidates For This Position Should Hold A Current Lcsw License In The State Of South Carolina. This License Ensures That The Individual Has Met The Necessary Education, Supervised Experience, And Examination Requirements To Practice Clinical Social Work.
