- Develop, implement, and maintain the Service Now platform to support our IT service management processes.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the platform, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards within the platform.
- Train and support end-users on the functionality and capabilities of the platform.
- Stay updated on new features and updates within the Service Now platform and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any platform-related issues or escalations.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders on platform updates, changes, and improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of platform configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow In An Enterprise Environment.
Certification As A Servicenow System Administrator And Servicenow Implementation Specialist.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Experience Implementing Itsm Best Practices Within Servicenow.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Successful Servicenow Implementations And Upgrades.
