Revenue Integrity Manager

MUSC Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Integrity Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with multiple departments across the health system to identify and address revenue cycle issues that impact reimbursement and compliance. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
2. Monitor and analyze revenue cycle processes to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Analyze financial data and develop action plans to improve revenue cycle performance.
4. Monitor and audit claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with payer regulations.
5. Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure that all financial and billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure appropriate documentation and coding is in place to maximize reimbursement.
8. Monitor and evaluate billing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
9. Review and analyze payer contracts to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on billing and coding processes.
