- Serve as a key liaison between researchers and clinicians, providing critical information and support to facilitate evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant and emerging evidence-based practices and disseminate this information to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with researchers and clinicians to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate information and resources.
- Collaborate with research teams to design and implement efficient and effective search strategies to support their projects.
- Stay up-to-date on current research trends, tools, and resources in the healthcare industry to ensure the provision of the most relevant and accurate information.
- Create and maintain databases and knowledge management systems to organize and disseminate research findings.
- Provide training and support to researchers on the use of research databases, tools, and resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance the impact of research on patient outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary research teams to support the translation of research into practice.
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of research impact reports and presentations.
- Stay informed and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies related to research and information management.
Master's Degree In Library And Information Science Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Research Impact Assessment And Management.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Academic Research Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Research Processes And Impact Metrics.
Proficiency In Utilizing Various Research Impact Tools And Databases, Such As Web Of Science, Scopus, And Altmetrics.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Researchers, Clinicians, And Other Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Grant Funding Processes And Experience In Providing Support For Grant Applications And Reporting, With A Focus On Demonstrating Research Impact.
