  • Provide top-quality care to patients with respiratory illnesses and disorders
  • Utilize expertise and experience to assess and treat patients
  • Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatments and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and self-management techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Remain up-to-date on current respiratory therapy practices and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in all interactions
  • Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced respiratory therapists
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and willingness to work PRN shifts as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Respiratory Therapy From An Accredited Program.

  • Valid And Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc).

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience As A Respiratory Therapist, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Ability To Work On A Prn Basis, Including Weekends And Holidays, And Willingness To Work Flexible Shifts As Needed.
