Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant to join our amazing team at MUSC Health! We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can assist in our recruitment process and provide excellent customer service to our candidates. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping others.The successful candidate will be expected to have a minimum of two years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a strong knowledge of recruitment methods and technologies. We are looking for someone who is a team player, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress in the recruitment process.
  4. Advertise job openings on various job boards and websites.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  6. Leverage social media platforms to recruit and engage potential candidates.
  7. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and tactics to attract qualified candidates.
  8. Utilize traditional and modern recruitment methods to identify and attract the best candidates for the organization.
  9. Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications
  10. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.
