As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.   1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and other radiologic equipment.
  2. Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain the best possible images for diagnostic purposes.
  3. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
  5. Follow established protocols and safety measures to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  7. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
  8. Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging techniques for specific medical conditions.
  9. Assist with the development and implementation of new imaging protocols.
  10. Keep up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and techniques.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  15. Display empathy and compassion towards patients and their needs.
  16. Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  17. Follow all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  18. Adhere to professional and ethical standards at all times.
  19. Attend to any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting

  • Current Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification

  • State Licensure As A Radiologic Technologist

  • Knowledge Of Radiographic Equipment And Procedures, Including Digital Radiography

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Schedules As Needed.
