Quality Analyst

At MUSC Health, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Quality Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the success of the organization, helping to ensure that our healthcare services are of the highest quality. The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Additionally, you must have at least three years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role. You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and/or other quality improvement methodology. A certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus. Responsibilities of a Quality Analyst:

• Ensure that healthcare services are of the highest quality • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures • Monitor processes and procedures for effectiveness and compliance • Perform data analysis to identify areas of improvement • Develop and implement corrective actions • Document findings and prepare reports • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are being met • Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and procedures • Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction surveys • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
