- Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to support MUSC Health's goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within allocated time and budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve program management processes.
- Support the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Represent MUSC Health and the program in meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management Or Program Coordination.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.
Proficient In Project Management Tools And Techniques, Such As Agile Methodology And Microsoft Project.
