MUSC Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team. We are searching for an individual who is highly organized and has the ability to lead a team towards success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with other departments to ensure the practice is providing the highest level of service to our patients.The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice, including operations, financial management, staff, patient relations, and overall service delivery. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager:
- Oversee all operations of the practice, such as staff, patient relations, financial management, and service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure the practice is achieving success.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of service to patients.
- Facilitate communication between staff and clients to ensure the success of the practice.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure the practice is meeting all financial goals.
- Ensure the practice is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
