Practice Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of physician practices.

4. Develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Develop and implement a budget and manage financial resources.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
8. Monitor staff performance and ensure they are meeting established standards.
9. Manage Human Resources issues, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
10. Analyze patient data and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
