  1. Assist licensed physical therapists in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with various injuries and disorders.
  2. Follow treatment plans and protocols as directed by licensed physical therapists.
  3. Provide hands-on care to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  8. Continuously educate yourself on the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy to provide the best possible care to patients.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  11. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Conduct yourself in a compassionate and empathetic manner towards patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification From The American Physical Therapy Association (Apta).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapy Assistant, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients And A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Standards Related To Physical Therapy Practice, Including Hipaa And Osha Requirements.
