Patient Companion

The Patient Companion will ensure that all patients receive superior care and attention during their stay with us. The Patient Companion will be an integral part of the health care team and will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments. To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a health care setting or working with the elderly is a plus. Additionally, you must be able to work flexible hours and be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

9. Monitor vital signs and alert medical staff to changes in a patient’s condition.
10. Assist nurses and physicians in providing medical care.
