Patient and Family Liaison

We at MUSC Health are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Patient and Family Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for both patients and their families, helping them to navigate our policies, procedures, and services. You will serve as a mediator between patients and their families, medical staff, and administration. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 7. Monitor patient and family feedback and provide feedback to the appropriate personnel.
