
Patient Access Manager

Responsibilities of the Patient Access Manager:
- Supervise and manage activities related to patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Ensure accuracy of patient information in databases and systems.
- Ensure that patient access services are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor staff performance and evaluate processes to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient access services.
- Manage and coordinate workflow processes to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain and update patient registration forms.
- Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
- Resolve patient access issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers.
