Responsibilities of the Patient Access Manager:

1. Supervise and manage activities related to patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
2. Ensure accuracy of patient information in databases and systems.
3. Ensure that patient access services are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Monitor staff performance and evaluate processes to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient access services.
6. Manage and coordinate workflow processes to maximize efficiency.
7. Maintain and update patient registration forms.
8. Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
9. Resolve patient access issues in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Maintain and build positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers.
