
Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant
At MUSC Health, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This individual will be a key contributor to providing outstanding physical therapy services to our patients, and will need to be able to collaborate with team members and patients alike. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working in physical therapy, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) in South Carolina• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology• Proficient in data entry and use of electronic medical records• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively• Commitment to providing outstanding service to patients and team members
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding physical therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with team members and patients.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Possess a valid LPTA license in South Carolina.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures.
- Possess strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and use of electronic medical records.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Provide outstanding service to patients and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy
Current Cpr/Bls Certification
