- Develop and lead the Master of Health Administration program at MUSC Health, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of education and prepares students for successful careers in healthcare.
- Oversee the curriculum and course development for the program, ensuring that it is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor faculty members for the program, providing guidance and support for their teaching, research, and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting diversity and cultural competence in all aspects of the program.
- Serve as a role model for students and faculty, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry leaders, providing opportunities for students to gain practical experience and networking opportunities.
- Conduct research in the field of health administration and publish findings in reputable journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the industry.

Advanced Degree In Health Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Finance, And Regulatory Compliance.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Team Management And Collaboration.
