1. Oversee all aspects of payroll operations, including processing, distributing, and reconciling payroll for all employees.
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with state and federal regulations.
3. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
4. Monitor and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues that may arise.
5. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely employee data and payroll information.
