We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Clinical Supply Chain Analytics to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and optimization of our clinical supply chain processes. Your expertise in data analysis and supply chain management will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies to our facilities.   1. Oversee all aspects of clinical supply chain analytics, including data analysis, process optimization, and cost management.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement in the supply chain.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies to all facilities.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for inventory management based on data analysis.
  6. Lead and manage a team of supply chain analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in supply chain management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable contracts and pricing.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
  11. Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures for tracking and reporting key supply chain metrics.
  12. Use data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to implement these cost-saving measures.
  13. Provide guidance and support to other departments on supply chain-related matters.
  14. Act as a liaison between the supply chain team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: A Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Analytics At Musc Health Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Procedures, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Distribution. This Experience Should Be In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Role Of A Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Analytics Involves Collecting And Analyzing Large Amounts Of Data To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Proficient In Using Data Analysis Tools And Software.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: Musc Health Is A Healthcare Organization, And The Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Analytics Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Fda Regulations.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Analytics Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Overseeing Projects. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Management Or Leadership Role, As Well As Strong Project Management Skills.
