We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Women's Health team. As an LPN in this department, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and specialized care to women of all ages.   1. Provide compassionate and specialized care to women of all ages within the Women's Health department.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge in women's health to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and any changes in condition.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families on women's health topics, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  7. Assist with procedures and exams, including pap smears, breast exams, and ultrasounds.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  10. Stay current on advancements and changes in women's health care and implement best practices into patient care.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  12. Collaborate with community resources to provide support and resources to patients.
  13. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
  14. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.
  15. Attend trainings and educational opportunities to continue to develop skills and knowledge in women's health.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License From An Accredited Nursing Program

  • Specialized Training Or Experience In Women's Health, Such As Ob/Gyn Or Reproductive Health

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Women's Health Issues, Including Pregnancy, Menopause, And Gynecological Conditions

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Care For And Interact With Female Patients

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Healthcare Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities Efficiently.
