Master's Degree In Social Work: A Minimum Requirement For The Licensed Independent Social Worker Position At Musc Health Is A Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Active Licensed Independent Social Worker (Lisw) License In The State Of South Carolina.
Clinical Experience: Musc Health Requires At Least Two Years Of Post-Licensure Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Or Mental Health Setting. This Experience Should Include Direct Patient Care, Case Management, And Crisis Intervention.
