Information Systems/Business Analyst

MUSC Health is seeking an experienced Information Systems/Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s information systems and business processes.
2. Analyze and document business processes and optimize them for better results.
3. Develop relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
4. Provide solutions that leverage technology to improve business processes and efficiency.
5. Create and maintain detailed requirements documents, process diagrams, use case diagrams, and other necessary documents.
6. Develop, document, and implement test plans to ensure system quality.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and address any issues.
8. Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
9. Provide training and support to users regarding the use of the organization’s information systems.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
