4. Develop and implement curriculum, including didactic and clinical experiences, to ensure residents receive a well-rounded education in family medicine.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with affiliated hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to ensure a diverse and robust training experience for residents.
6. Monitor resident progress and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations to ensure compliance with program requirements and identify areas for improvement.
