- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Manage all aspects of the employee onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of employee benefits programs.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and external partners.
- Serve as a mediator for employee conflicts and provide guidance on resolution.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee all HR-related record keeping and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and mission.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to senior management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Policies And Procedures That Align With Organizational Goals And Promote A Positive Work Culture.
