- Support the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting new hire orientations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
- Help organize and facilitate employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Keep up-to-date with HR industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management processes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and maintain positive working relationships.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Foster a positive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hr Coordinator Or Hr Generalist Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Employees.
Proficiency In Hris And Other Hr Software Programs.
