
Human Resources Business Partner I

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of employees and managers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and solutions to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to identify and address employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and make recommendations for resolution of employee complaints or concerns.
- Advise and assist managers with employee development and talent management, including performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
- Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and make recommendations for policy and procedure updates as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to implement and improve HR processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, compensation, and other HR-related inquiries.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the organization's mission and goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations And Procedures
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Departments And Levels Of Employees
Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment And Selection Processes.
