  1. Oversee all financial operations of the organization and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
  3. Manage and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals and objectives are aligned with overall organizational goals.
  6. Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  10. Communicate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions.
  11. Ensure compliance with all tax and financial reporting requirements.
  12. Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
  13. Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and provide financial expertise to support business initiatives.
  16. Mentor and train staff in financial processes and procedures.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise sound judgement in all financial matters.
  18. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  19. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  20. Other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Professional Accounting Designation

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Principles

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Financial Issues.
