- Manage a team of maintenance and custodial staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to facilities management and implement necessary changes.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
