
Executive Director of Nursing
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director of Nursing to lead and manage our nursing team. As the leader of nursing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall nursing strategy and ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met. With your expertise, you will be able to provide an enriching and rewarding experience for our nurses and ensure our patients receive the best possible care. To be successful in this role, you must have a master’s degree in nursing or a related field with a minimum of five years of senior-level nursing management experience. You must have strong clinical knowledge, and be able to demonstrate leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities. You should have a proven track record of success in managing a multi-disciplinary team, and be able to develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
