
Epic Community Connect - Program Director

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Epic Community Connect program in collaboration with key stakeholders, including community partners and healthcare providers.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the program, including budget, resources, and timelines, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for the program.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of community healthcare needs and identify opportunities for improvement through the Epic Community Connect program.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program staff, ensuring their success and professional development.
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, representing MUSC Health and the Epic Community Connect initiative to external stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the program.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in the program.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to the program.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within MUSC Health to ensure alignment and integration of the Epic Community Connect initiative with other programs and initiatives.
- Actively seek out new partnerships and opportunities to expand the impact and reach of the program.
- Represent MUSC Health and the Epic Community Connect program at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the program and build relationships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the program and the broader community healthcare landscape.
Extensive Experience In Healthcare Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Healthcare Management, With A Focus On Implementing And Managing Epic Electronic Health Record Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Project Management, Workflow Analysis, And Change Management In A Healthcare Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Epic Systems: A Program Director For Epic Community Connect At Musc Health Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Epic Electronic Health Record Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities. This Includes Experience With Implementation, Maintenance, And Optimization Of Epic Systems In A Complex Healthcare Environment.
