  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with MUSC Health's organizational goals and values
  • Lead a team of brand strategists and collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all platforms
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure brand consistency and integrity
  • Oversee the development of messaging and positioning for new and existing programs, services, and initiatives
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to integrate brand strategy into all marketing and communication efforts
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop and execute brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously improve MUSC Health's brand strategy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for MUSC Health, promoting our brand and values both internally and externally
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Represent the brand strategy team in cross-functional meetings and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Strategy Development And Execution, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Brand Strategies That Have Resulted In Increased Brand Awareness And Market Share.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
