1. Perform CT, X-Ray, and multi-modality imaging procedures on patients according to established protocols and safety standards.
2. Utilize cutting-edge technology and equipment to capture high-quality images.
3. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, and provide compassionate care to alleviate any fears or concerns.
4. Review patient medical history and assess any potential risks or contraindications for the imaging procedure.
5. Communicate with patients to explain procedures and answer any questions they may have.
6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
7. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions or complications during procedures.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
9. Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in CT, X-Ray, and multi-modality technology and procedures.
10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
11. Assist with training and mentoring new technologists and students.
12. Document and maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures, patient information, and equipment maintenance.
13. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.
14. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
15. Attend continuing education programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
