  1. Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  2. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans for patients.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to maintain a stable condition.
  4. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including conducting pre-operative evaluations and administering post-operative pain management.
  5. Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all procedures, medications, and patient responses.
  7. Stay up-to-date on new anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment to continuously improve patient care.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including infection control and equipment maintenance.
  9. Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  10. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of South Carolina.

  • Graduate Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program.

  • Current And Valid Crna Certification From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Crna In A Hospital Setting.

  • Advanced Knowledge And Proficiency In Administering Anesthesia For A Variety Of Surgical Procedures And Patient Populations.
