1. Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients of all ages and medical backgrounds.
2. Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patients' vital signs during surgeries, procedures, and other medical treatments.
3. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
4. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including pre-operative assessments, anesthesia notes, and post-operative evaluations.
5. Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions during and after anesthesia administration.
6. Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and address any questions or concerns.
7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
8. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.
9. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively collaborating with and supporting other members of the healthcare team.
10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when interacting with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice in all job duties.
12. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
13. Act as a role model and mentor for other healthcare staff, students, and residents.
14. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
