We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team on a PRN basis. - Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of anesthesia services.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve knowledge and skills related to anesthesia care.
- Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the anesthesia process.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for patients and colleagues at all times.
Valid Crna License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna) License In The State Of North Carolina.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Crna, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Acls And Bls Certification: The Candidate Should Be Certified In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Prn Crna, The Candidate Will Be Working With A Variety Of Healthcare Professionals And Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Flexibility And Availability: This Position Requires The Candidate To Be Available On An As-Needed Basis, So Flexibility In Schedule And Availability For Last-Minute Shifts Is Essential.
