- Safely transport important documents, medical supplies, and equipment to various departments and locations within the hospital.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of items to meet departmental and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Report any delays, discrepancies, or issues with deliveries to the appropriate department.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other hospital staff to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure smooth operation of hospital services.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols, when handling and transporting items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping delivery vehicles clean and well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hospital staff and patients.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Attend all required training and meetings related to courier duties.
