  1. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the organization's compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations related to healthcare compliance and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to identify compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.

  10. Assist with external audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's compliance program.
  12. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  13. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and patient safety in all compliance activities.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and projects.
  15. Keep leadership informed of any significant compliance issues or potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance Auditing Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Laws Related To Healthcare Compliance, Such As Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Present Findings To Management And Regulatory Agencies.
