Community Connect Lead

MUSC Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Community Connect Lead to join our team. The Community Connect Lead will be responsible for creating and leading outreach initiatives that help build relationships with the community. 1. Develop and execute outreach initiatives to engage the local community with MUSC Health.
2. Network with local organizations and community members to create meaningful connections.
3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent MUSC Health in a positive light.
4. Manage outreach initiatives and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
5. Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of outreach initiatives.
6. Promote MUSC Health services to the local community.
7. Work collaboratively with the MUSC Health team to ensure success of outreach initiatives.
8. Monitor and evaluate progress of outreach initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
