- Provide pharmaceutical care by reviewing and assessing patient medication regimens for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Clinical Pharmacy Specialist At Musc Health Must Possess A Pharmd Degree From An Accredited Institution.
