Clinical Pharmacist - Adult Inpatient

MUSC Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Pharmacist - Adult Inpatient to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, a current license to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina, and a minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting.As a Clinical Pharmacist - Adult Inpatient, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to our adult inpatient population. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services to adult inpatient population
2. Ensure accurate and timely medication orders
3. Monitor patient progress and medication efficacy
4. Assist with formulary management and medication management systems
5. Provide drug information and education to health care providers
6. Adhere to all regulatory and healthcare standards
7. Maintain accurate records of patient medication orders and treatments
8. Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
9. Participate in professional organizations and committees
10. Perform other duties as assigned
